The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. It was not too noisy. The location was great and very well-connected.

The ideal location of the hotel. Walking distance from the old town and main attractions. The room has large panoramic windows. It's nice that the room does not have a shower, but a bathtub. Delicious breakfasts, good selection. The room has everything you need. It is convenient that there is a kettle in the room, you can drink tea. Very friendly staff. At the end of the trip, I forgot my silver jewelry in the room safe, I was contacted very quickly and kindly offered to mail my jewelry back 😊 Everything went great thanks for the great service! Great location, near enough to city centre and close to where I needed to be for work. Nice hotel, large rooms, comfy bed and nice room facilities. Friendly staff.

A very helpful staff who accommodated our desperate need for safe parking place outside of the hotel's underground parking. Thank you once again :-) Good suggestion on the restaurant with local food in old center. We followed it and had a nice evening there. Perfect breakfast with various options. Great location. Old town within foot distance

Tram stop out the front taking you to any part of the city. Short tram ride (or 20 min walk) from hauptbahnhof. Room was basic but comfortable. Shower was wonderful. Loved having a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Short walk to Old town area, VW factory, gardens and river.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and friendly and every time we asked for something they were extremely helpful! The breakfast was beyond our expectations! The bed and pillows were very confortable. The bicycles were an extra that came in very handy for Dresden. Excellent!!!
